Simple and Brutal

If you've ever been stuck for workout ideas, or are looking for that extra challenge then this book will deliver.
The majority of workouts listed here use minimal equipment and basic movements, but are incredibly challenging.
It's not fancy, and there are no gimmicks, but you can be sure that these will work.

Easy to follow, highly-effective conditioning work

Book includes simple, fast, and highly effective cardio workouts that are the perfect companion for any strength training program. I use these workouts along with the Greyskull LP program to maintain my cardio, but they can really be used with any weight-training routine. Each workout includes detailed instructions, with pictures, so you don't have to guess about anything. With these workouts, you will be amazed with how much you can get done in ten minutes. Highly-recommended.

hard core

Worth the money. Lots of great, badass workouts. Some of the writing can be chessy or hokey if you're not use to Johnny Pain. But personally I enjoy the guys tone. He always comes off like the guy in the trenches with you. Not the fitness guru who sounds like theyve never done their own workout.
